If your Kaseware application seems to be stuck immediately after the log in screen, you may need to clear your cache.
First, check if you are able to log in to Kaseware on an Incognito tab.
If you are able to log in on an incognito tab, proceed with the steps below to clear your cache. If that does not fix the problem or you are not able to log into Kaseware on an Incognito tab, place a support ticket and someone will reach out to you to troubleshoot additional sources of the problem.
Clearing Cache on Google Chrome
1 - On Google Chrome (make sure you are on the tab that has Kaseware open), go to the top right hand corner and select the three circles icon —> More Tools —> Developer Tools. Note that it is important you have the Kaseware tab the one you’re on when you do this, or the process will not work.
2 - The developer tools will come up, you can minimize/ignore them as we don’t need to use them, we just need them to be up. They will look something like this -
3 - Back to the tab that has Kaseware, select the refresh icon, next to the URL in Chrome, and right click it (vs the normal left click). You should see 3 options:
