If you use two-factor authentication to login to Kaseware you will need to use an authenticator app. This can be set up on either a mobile device or web browser. You must use Chrome browser if you intend to use this method.
Download Authenticator App:
For Browser Based Authenticator: Click on the link Authenticator Extension and install the extension in your browser.
For Mobile Based Authenticator: Go to the app store on your mobile device and download FreeOTP, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator
Login To Your Account:
Using your username and password login to your account. You will be brought to the following screen:
Add Account to Authenticator:
For Browser Based Authentication:
In the upper right hand corner of your chrome browser you will see a puzzle piece icon which is where your extensions are located:
Click on Authenticator and click on the "scan" button located next to the "edit button". Then create a box around the barcode shown on your screen:
For Mobile Based Authenticator:
You will need to add your account to the app by scanning the QR code on your login screen. This varies by app:
Google:
Tap the "+" icon and choose "Scan QR Code"
Microsoft:
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner and choose "Add account"
Free OTP:
Tap the QR code icon at the top of the screen
Input One-time Code and Login:
Open the authenticator app and you will see a six digit code:
Enter this code, without any spaces, into the "One-time code" field on the login screen, enter in a device name (ie. My Computer), and click the "Submit" button.
