Symptoms


You have been assigned a document to approve but have having difficulty locating it. 


Normal steps to locate a document to approve:


  1. Click on "My Work" from the left menu
  2. Highlight "My Workbox" and click "View All"
  3. You will be automatically taken to the Drafts Document tab of your workbox
  4. Locate in this list the draft you want to approve
  5. Click on the "Workflow" dropdown and select the approval option you would like


Steps if you cannot locate it via the normal method. 


  1. Locate the case number the document is associated with
  2. Click on the "All Documents" tab
  3. Locate the document you are planning to approve
  4. If the approval workflow of the document is properly assigned when you click on the document you will see an option to "edit" Click on this
    1. If the document you are looking to approve does not have the "edit" option then the approval workflow was not assigned to you or had some other issue - please see this guide
  5. Within the document in the upper right click on "Workflow" and select the approval option you would like
