Symptoms:
1. An approver in your workflow cannot approve a document after following the steps here
2. You need to replace or update the approvers on a document
Steps to resolve:
- These steps assume you are the original author of a document, if you are not you will need to have the original author or Kaseware Support complete these steps for you
- From the left menu click on "My Work"
- Highlight "My Monitored Items" then click "View All..."
- Under the "Draft Documents" section locate the document who's workflow you wish to restart
- Click on Workflow and select "Cancel Workflow"
- You will be prompted to enter a reason why you are canceling the workflow
- From the left menu click on "My Work" again
- Highlight "My Workbox" and click on "View All..."
- Under the draft "Draft Documents" tab locate the document who's workflow you canceled
- Click "Edit" on this document
- Click "Workflow" within the document and select your desired approver(s)
