Within the Supervisor View the Open Cases table appears blank as shown below


Steps to Resolve

  1. Within your internet browser click on the three dots in the upper right corner
  2. Locate the zoom option and use the minus icon to zoom your browser out
    1. How far you will need to zoom out your browser will depend on the resolution of your device's display
       
  3. Once you have zoomed out far enough you will see the columns "Opened" and "Primary Owner"
  4. From here if you would like to zoom back in you will need to add additional columns by clicking the arrow next to one of the labels as shown here
