Symptoms
Within the Supervisor View the Open Cases table appears blank as shown below
Steps to Resolve
- Within your internet browser click on the three dots in the upper right corner
- Locate the zoom option and use the minus icon to zoom your browser out
- How far you will need to zoom out your browser will depend on the resolution of your device's display
- How far you will need to zoom out your browser will depend on the resolution of your device's display
- Once you have zoomed out far enough you will see the columns "Opened" and "Primary Owner"
- From here if you would like to zoom back in you will need to add additional columns by clicking the arrow next to one of the labels as shown here
